God has made people different nations scattered in different parts of the world, and instilled

among them different talents and abilities, each human being has his own personality, and his

characteristics that God has distinguished from others, and this is a cause for integration and

cooperation at the level of individuals and peoples, and cooperation between nations and

peoples increases the convergence of ideas, and works to increase friendliness and

compassion among them, and thus achieve the goal of God almighty in creating it.

Collaborative or group work is defined as working together with others to produce, invent,

infer, observe, evaluate, test something specific, or to provide services to others who need

assistance in a particular way. The following is an explanation of the importance of

collaborative work and its viability.

Collaborative work helps to increase work mastery, when tasks are distributed, and everyone does their job only, the focus of team members increases, and they are better able to produce better outputs.
Develops individuals' personal abilities, helps them develop and thrive in their fields of work, and gives them countless life experiences.
Time is greatly shortened, and the amount of production increases, and this is of great benefit if the main purpose of doing the work is to obtain the material benefit, or to reach the largest target segment of the population.
Problem solving is easy by having many opinions that overcome any problem that may stand in the way of the team.
Helps people get to know each other, especially if the team is members of different nationalities and countries.

Dividing roles among team members, and committing each other to the role given to them.
Find time for brainstorming sessions that help to gather as many ideas and opinions as possible and choose the best ones.
The presence of the element that stimulates the rest of the elements if boredom and despair infiltrate their hearts.
Select the team leader who leads the group, who knows where he will get to his team because of his far-sightedness and ability to plan, while not losing sight of the importance of consulting with the rest of the members in order to reach the best opinion.
The openness of team members to each other, their ability to understand their mentalities, circumstances, and personalities, with the importance of each of them having the ability to deal with others and to work collaboratively.
